I opened this thread with the question “How many comments do I need before I see something about Luanti?” It’s so good, and the world is soo much bigger!
The noteworthy part is it’s much deeper. I just hit -1000 in my mine. I have a second base at -500 with trees, farms, and chickens. It’s a giant cave, like so tall you can’t see the ceiling or across it.
The rewards keep improving, and the caves are generally more open, so digging that deep isn’t as hard as it is in Minecraft. I routinely think “I wish I could go deeper” in Minecraft.

Why would anyone want to dig that deep? Sounds like a grind.
