    At its core, its still an unfinished product, because many of the features that were advertised are not there, there are many sections of the map that you can go to, where different things were planned, but are now just empty rooms, etc. They released it knowing very well about its state, at least, the very least the game systems like skills have now been improved to be somewhat finished.
