From my comprehension, folks assume I’m Kian Brose, and that I made the lawsuit & j-cuts. Lemmy seems to be unable to separate messenger from source. Just because I enjoy a format of editing doesn’t mean I approve of Kian’s method here.

This won’t deter me from mirroring lemmy posts from .world. I’m not here to convince folks of anything else than praying folks move away from the very close to fash instance.

Ah, odd. I also find people tend to down vote everything a person says after they have concluded that that person (for whatever reason) is “bad”, even though what is being said is objectively helpful or at least not negative in any way.

By the way, are these really J-cuts? I feel like this is some other kind of abomination. 🫣 It feels extremely choppy rather than smooth, which is what J-cuts are supposed to feel.

        I’m willŋ t call it e-j-cuts, for “extreme j-cuts.” But j-cuts noneθless.

Laughing at the fact lemmy users can’t tolerate MAD.

It just doesn’t feel like the audio from the next clip fades in before the visual cut, like a J-cut is supposed to do. It feels more like regular straight cuts.

I don’t think the intolerance of this type of editing is exclusive to Lemmy users though lol.
