Here’s how the law should deal with it:

Roblox has 48 hours to delete everything they downloaded, and the models created with them. Failing to comply with so would lead to the police - with optional help from the military - to seize their equipment.

CEOs just can‘t help themselves replacing staff with AI to attract shareholders. Even when that staff is literally working for free and gets no benefits.

Anthropic agreed to the largest settlement over an IP dispute last summer. They paid over a billion dollars to the other party. But they‘ve lost dozens of billions already so in a bizarre twist that barely seemed to affect them. Not yet at least.

I believe there was a time when this would‘ve caused investors to sue a company and withdraw their investments immediately. The image would‘ve been damaged beyond repair and the company would‘ve seized to exist.

But in today‘s corporate world that same company is expected to go public at an estimated $1.5tn in value. Without a roadmap to even become profitable. The rich are putting their utter derangement and psychopathy on full display and other deranged psychos are loving it.

Roblox are committing crimes and invest billions just to make a bad business move. But I doubt they will see any real punishment from it for a while.
