DLSS 5 in Team Fortress 2 can now be stacked multiple times... so obviously I had to see what happens. In this video I compare 1x, 2x, 3x, all the way up to 6...
Fair point. I was thinking in the sense of success: Many games have seen huge success, among the biggest are Minecraft and Terraria, where there’s arguably not a big focus on graphics (that’s not to say that there’s not an art direction!).
In regards to Bodycam, it’s eerily realistic. But this is not thanks to DLSS, and probably has tons better performance as a result. Furthermore, a huge part of the realism is how it feels, not only how it looks. DLSS is only for textures, while animations can easily make things look weird when DLSS is slapped on top of games where there is a general balance between the quality of textures and animations.
