I joke, but I’ve made the same mistake too.
That’s a fair presumption to make, in this case it’s just that Canadian gaming is being affected by US law.
Kickstarter is a US company. Stripe is HQ’d in California. We are clearly discussing American financial regulations and payment processing.
It is federally illegal in the United States of America.
