Mullvad repo doesn’t work in mint. The .deb does not update automatically. You have to download it manually every time you want to update it.
I use mint, and it’s easier than on windows… You open driver manager, tap on the newest driver, click apply. Then restart.
For me it was that I don’t want a goddamn spying, AI infested, laggy, ugly, rounded, babysitting win11, so I need to get out of the bill gates ecosystem. And I did, quite easily.
Sounds familiar. I have tried it with many distros and it just isn’t usable. Gave up and ended up liking cinnamon more anyway.
If your laptop can run w10 at all, it will run mint cinnamon very well
