I’m not sure what the benefits of unraid are but for better or worse, I’ve been running Linux servers since 2007 or so, so……

I also used arch now and full time for a few years in the 2010s. I like it, but they put in breaking changes occasionally that I don’t want to have to deal with for a server.

I’m not going to test this because while it could be innocuous, well, it could be harmful as well. If this is hosted in a local network, take your phone or laptop to a place with free WiFi and test. Also make sure the subdomain resolves to an IP address. You can go to cmd in Windows, or open up a terminal and type “ping craigsworld.dedyn.io”. If it’s not a reserved IP and you can access it outside your local network you’re good.

So create a game that does nothing but move around.

I was wondering why it won’t support Linux and the answer is anti cheat. Having played skate 1 and 3, I wondered why an anti cheat was needed. Apparently it’s an online game.

I have never played skate online before. Why would I want to play online over like just skating obstacles by myself? I’d rather have a skate able game in my pocket without multiplayer than multiplayer

There are different DAW’s if you’re open to it on linux. You’d (probably) lose your ability to edit your existing files, but you could also dual boot for that

I have never personally used ableton and I was not very advanced with FL studio, but at least LMMS seemed to be FL studio like .

I can’t see OS X becoming a daily driver for me, but I don’t mind using it on occasion (it has bash!). Just have to turn off gestures

What do you mean OSes are sticky as hell? I’m currently on Arch, but only because of the AUR. I’m thinking of switching to gentoo because people keep putting malicious packages on the AUR so I might as well do gentoo
