even if you’re already logged in, apps do not find and recognize your local server without internet access.

You set your server in those app’s settings to not use direct connect and thus they are being routed through Plex’s servers

When you select your Plex libraries from the drop-down there are usually 2 options, one will be the local IP and say (direct), that’s always the best choice if you’re able

I just turned off my Internet connection to my Chromecast and tested, no issues with accessing my media

Bookmark bar is basically identical to tabs in screen location and functionality, so I use those like an adult

But smarter urbanism is possible and in fact does exist.

And those are not the norm, so for places that don’t plan to just destroy what’s already there and start anew, this is an option

Also: Arthmoor is famously a massive dickwad in the community, and a few years back there was a converted effort to replace his mods with better-made mods under the cathedral theory of modding (that were all working together to build a cathedral, and thus taking your ball and going home because x/y/z doesn’t happen)

Also, Arthmoor is a cunt and people generally dislike him for how IP-protective he is over his mods, including these garbage patches

I didn’t even read the article I’m just familiar with this exact bullshit, Nexus users made a big push like 3 years ago of dumping his ass, basically anything his mods do are done better elsewhere by people who support Cathedral style modding

Because there’s no serious answers being given even though there are at least 2:

• trees have roots, roots ruin any nearby human infrastructure. You’ll note this says “in urban environments” and that there are trees nearby, so this is probably the big reason
• trees need maintenance, which costs money. this is a stupid reason imo, but it’s one nonetheless
• algae is cool, ok?

I just started porting a DnD Beyond campaign into it and using it to store homebrew world info for a future game, but so far it’s been basically everything I ever wanted from Roll20 or DDB, but self-hosted and they give you access to the code so you can just… Code in features you want
