Hey! Just set this up today and it seems pretty good. Only issue I’m having is that is pretty slow to download (~2mb/s) what are some good ways to speed it up?
Its funny to say a worse experience because I can confidently say that all the services ive replaced are equal or better than their corporate counterparts. And sometimes better by 10x
Shit there is? How do I set up auto discovery?
Thats why you should bake your own! Super easy and delicious
No, he isnt. Repeating false information ad nauseum doesn’t make it true.
I’m sure the authoritarian dictator is being benevolent and looking out for the good of his people when building the firewall and locking down the internet.
Don’t be a fool. Just because you can point to closed sourced bad actors doesn’t mean it was done for anything less than control.

That’s fair enough. I just accepted that I’m always going to have to fix the computer issues no matter what. So I just make it easier on myself.
I know this isn’t the answer you want but ditch windows. There’s a million better ways to do it better on BSD or linux
Not at all a helpful comment to your question, but what’s drive bender?
Are you sure that the domain name is set up correctly?
If local works but domain doesn’t that seems like a place to look
Hmm. What podcast apps have you tried? I use antennapod and it just works

Hey breh. My setup us bare metal proxmox, a truenas VM and a couple Debian LXCs. Main LXC is running docker just fine with zero issues.
I’d honestly suggest skipping the truenas VM and just managing your disks in proxmox but my setup has been holding steady for about 5 years now.
Definitely don’t have to choose between lxc or docker.
I virtualized my nas for memes but honestly you don’t even need to do that. Just run proxmox and use zfs then build whatever lxc/VMS you want on top of it
Honestly I’m surprised more people don’t do it. Its so easy.
Convince?
Im a software dev. If you don’t use linux or macos youre a weirdo
