Agreed! But I also noticed a significant performance difference (in the time that the game take to update the selected stack). It might be due to my lack in cli-gaming, but I never noticed something like that before.
nice - do you know why using h+l is so much faster than the arrow keys?
I use Clipboard Indicator Gnome Extension - well maintained and works flawlessly for me.
Edit: Also pasting in Kate if that’s of any concern

Linux@lemmy.ml•Can kids under 10 be possibly taught coding, without even mentioning the word syntax to them ??
2·10 months agoI worked in a tech museum with C64s. One day a kid walked by. After showing them the BASICs (heh) they wrote a whole game with a storyline you could go through making decisions.
I would love if there was an atomic Cinnamon spin. Fedoras Atomic Budgie version gets close but I think I still prefer god old Mint Cinnamon. There is hardly stuff to simply break anyhow.

Linux@lemmy.ml•Bazzite has gained nearly 10k users in 3 months while other Fedora Atomic distros remain fairly stagnant
4·1 year agoIs there an overview of what differentiates all those Fedora Atomic derivates?

Linux@lemmy.ml•Looking for a Desktop Environment recommendation for my Mother's new 2-1 laptop.
2·1 year agoI prefered Gnome on a Yoga 7, while still running Plasma on my Desktop. I guess especially for someone coming from macOS Gnome all the way.
Accurate once again
Same here! My screen was not rotating in the beginning (relatively new hardware I guess). I was not to annoyed by it - but received a kernel update that fixed it without me doing anything, which was nice.
Shotcut definitely works with Linux. Flatpak, Snap, Appimage, Tarball you choose.

Fedora Atomic Distros are great. I only run into minor issues with major updates in combination with Ffmpeg Codecs layered to the install. But I guess that’s a rare usecase.
