I don’t understand why you should use a proprietary WebKit on any OS that isn’t by Apple. I’ve tried it out on my iPad because of the extensions support, but Ublock or any privacy-related extension didn’t work, so I’ll use Safari.
Yet Brave, Opera, Vivaldi and pretty much any other browser (Chromium or Gecko) allow you to use uBlock if you want, even if they have their own built in.

You don’t need uBlock because that functionality is built into the browser by default.
I tried the adblocker by Orion itself and it is way worse than Ublock Lite in Safari.

Keep in mind GNOME Web is worse than this when it’s comes to functionality.
